Birth Doula Support
This is my complete package of birth support
You get at least two in-depth antenatal meetings where we get to know each other, I understand your fears and wishes, I give you information and coping techniques and we work on your birth plan together
I then go on call for you for 4-weeks around your due date, and I'm available for phone support 24 hours during that time.
I attend your birth wherever that may be (home, hospital, birth centre, forest...), and finally, I check in with you after birth to have a chat, a debrief and help with any of those niggling questions you may have - and if you don't have any, I'm excellent at washing up!

Birth plans
I can help you create your birth plan so that it includes everything you wish.
I make sure your plan covers all the main eventualities and includes details that you might not have thought about.
We have a discussion about the sort of birth you'd like, I will write you a birth plan based on this and you get one set of edits.
I offer this service via video call or via email.

Last minute Doula
The essence of being a Doula involves getting to know families ahead of birth, helping in pregnancy and knowing all your birth wishes, fears and expectations.
However, sometimes circumstances change and you find yourself needing birth support last minute? Perhaps your birth partner is no longer able to attend or you find yourself in different circumstances to how you planned for your birth?
Get in touch and we can discuss how I can offer last minute cover at home or in a hospital setting.

Antenatal classes
One-to-one antenatal classes available in your home or if you prefer, online.
I work with you and any partner(s) to create learning plan based on your needs. A typical course would be 4 private antenatal classes based on the topics of pregnancy, labour, the postnatal period and making a birth plan.

£180 in person (£160 online)
